The staff were amazing, treating us like family. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel provided great views from the 3rd floor. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. Surin was a charming and beautiful place, filled with friendly people.

I loved the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. They were always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had excellent water supply and a great shower. The hotel also gave us a breakfast pack every morning, which was a great gesture.

The hotel had a clean room and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and their communication in English was great. The location of the hotel was also a positive aspect, as it was close to the bus station and easy to arrive at late at night.

There were some notable downsides to the hotel. The bathroom had ants, which was quite unpleasant.

The lack of amenities in the bathroom was unacceptable. No soap, shampoo nor toothbrush was provided.
